The site applies proper motion, Astronomy Engine coordinate rotations and the
published longitude corrections. It omits stellar annual aberration, parallax,
radial velocity and ICRS frame bias. A 0.03-degree boundary warning is displayed;
birth-time uncertainty can be substantially larger. This is the Moira-selected
unequal ecliptic mansion convention, not a universal ancient mansion standard.
